Wednesday Family Registration

This registration is for families who have never attended Creekside and are interested in checking their children into Coffee & Playdate and/or Kids Connect. If you have kids in the youth group, please feel to register them at the same time. Creekside Youth also meets on Wednesday evenings. If you have attended before or registered your children for Sundays, there is no need to register them again.

The first part is for the primary adult of this household. Your phone number allows you to check kids in. Then please add any other adults in the household and their phone numbers (so they can check kids in) and the kids.

We cannot serve children well or safely if we are not aware of this information. This helps us empower our volunteers to serve your child better.
